We cover the ceramic body for 10 years and the electronics for 3 years, from the date your unit is delivered.

What is covered

What is not covered
- Damage from installation that does not follow the manual
- Damage from freezing, from water pressure outside the stated range, or from hard water scale where no descaling was performed
- Cosmetic wear, and damage from abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners
- Commercial or public installations. This warranty is for residential use.
- Consumables such as batteries and filters
How to make a claim
Email us your order number, a description of the fault, and a short video showing it. Most electronic faults are resolved by shipping a replacement part, which we send free within the warranty term. If the part cannot fix it, we replace the unit.
