Residential installations. Commercial and multi-family installations are covered for 1 year.
What is not covered
- Damage from an installation that does not follow the manual
- Freezing, water pressure outside the stated range, or hard-water scale where no descaling was done
- Cosmetic wear, and damage from abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners
- Consumables such as batteries and filters
- Labour and plumbing costs, unless we installed it ourselves
How a claim works
Send your order number, what the fault is, and a short video showing it. hello@halobathco.com
Most faults are a single module. We identify it from the video, usually the same day.
Inside the warranty term, the part and the shipping are on us. In year one we send a prepaid label for the old module.
We replace the whole unit.
