A packed unit is roughly 95 to 130 lb depending on model. Pickup slots are booked by email once your order is placed.

These travel by freight, not parcel. The carrier calls you to book a window and brings it to the curb or driveway.
Apartment or high-rise? If your building has a receiving dock, the carrier delivers to the dock and your building handles it from there. Tell us at checkout and we will flag it for the carrier.
The driver cannot carry it inside or upstairs. Have a second person ready.
Installation
Your toilet arrives fully assembled. It is delivery only as standard, we set it down and you take it from there.
If you would rather not touch it, we install. Our fitters remove and haul away your old toilet, set the new one on a fresh seal, connect the supply, test every function and walk you through the remote before they leave.

Price varies with the site. A straight swap where an outlet already exists is $150. Awkward access, stone floors, or a second storey moves it toward $250. We confirm the price before we book, never after.
