Delivered 16–18 October across Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Carrollton, Garland, Irving and the rest of the Metroplex. Everywhere else in the continental US, in-stock models leave our warehouse within 3 business days of that date, in the order they were bought.

Every other model in the catalogue is built to your order. Build and transit take 3 to 4 weeks door to door, often sooner. You get a tracking number the day it ships.

What curbside delivery means

A packed smart toilet is heavy — typically 95 to 130 lb depending on the model. It travels by freight, not by parcel courier, and the carrier brings it to the curb or driveway at your address. The driver is not able to carry it inside or upstairs.

  • The carrier calls you to schedule a delivery window. Answer that call, or the shipment sits at the terminal.
  • Have a second person ready to move the carton indoors.
  • Inspect the carton before you sign. Note any crushing or puncture on the delivery receipt.

If your building is a high-rise, the freight goes to the receiving dock, which is how deliveries there work anyway. Across Dallas–Fort Worth we skip all of this and bring it to your door ourselves.

Damage in transit

Freight damage is rare but it happens. If a carton arrives visibly damaged, write the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and photograph it. Send the photos to us within 48 hours and we replace the unit. A clean signature on a damaged carton makes a freight claim very hard to win, so the note on the receipt matters.
