Returns

If you change your mind, you have 30 days from delivery to send an uninstalled unit back.

The short version

• 30 days from the delivery date
• The unit must be uninstalled and unused, and it must be in its original carton and foam
• Return freight is paid by the customer, because these ship by freight and it is a real cost
• Refund is issued within 5 business days of the unit arriving back and passing inspection

Once it has been installed

A toilet that has been connected to a water supply cannot be resold and cannot be returned. If an installed unit is faulty, that is a warranty matter, not a return, and we handle it under the warranty.

Reservations and deposits

A reservation deposit holds your place in the first production run. It is fully refundable at any time before your unit ships. Email us and we release it.

Damaged on arrival

That is not a return. Note the damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and send us the photos within 48 hours. We replace the unit at our cost. See Shipping.
